Anyone purchasing a Japan Rail Pass ticket on the Japan Experience website will be offered the JRP Assistance service. Free during the first three months after its launching and for 10 euros after this launch offer period, benefit from the exclusive JRP Assistance. This service will give you unlimited access to a helpline in Japan for any questions you might have regarding you train trip, and provide you with advice or help you might need during your journey. This service is available in French and English and can be used as long as your Japan Rail Pass is valid.
