Séjour Cuisine de la Maison Shinnyodo - Vivre le Japon

house Shinnyodo

Spacious and convivial

Life in the house revolves around its large and beautiful living room, convivial meals inside, in the flowered garden in summer, or in the warmth of the delicate Japanese salon.

On the first floor, three sunny bedrooms offer panoramic views of the discrete and charming neighborhood of this vacation rental. A Japanese bedroom with a futon, overlooking the temple pagoda and two Western style bedrooms, one with a double bed and a shower and one with a single bed.

Ground floor: Large Western style living room, kitchen, a Japanese style living room, a Western style bedroom, a Japanese bathroom (shower and Japanese furo bath), toilet, garden.

1st floor: Western style bedroom with a double bed and a shower and a Western style bedroom with a single bed, a Japanese bedroom with Japanese bedding (futon).

The house is located opposite the discreet Shinnyodo Temple, which gives it its name, at the end of a small passage, in a residential area, which is ideal for strolling around and discovering the many temples and shrines around our house and it gives you the opportunity to understand the religious rites that punctuate the days of the monks and Japanese lives.

Amenities, public transport and a supermarket are within a short walk of the house.

This house with a large capacity can accommodate up to 8 people.

Our opinion

Located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, the house is opposite the little-known Shinnyodo Temple, of which the pagoda can be seen from the first floor.

The large living room and the garden offer wonderful moments to be shared with family or friends. Upstairs views and southern exposure encourage travelers to observe the surrounding nature.
