Indigo in Japan

Presented for the first time outside Japan, thirty tsutsugaki textiles from a private collection, one of the richest in the world, demonstrate the unparalleled expertise of an artist, craftsman, and a dyer. Occasionally, a few pieces of textile can be found at the Guimet Museum in Paris in  including the Riboud collection. A tribute to color.
