What is Hiroshima Streetcar & Ferry 1-day Pass?

• Unlimited rides on Hiroshima’s street cars and the Miyajima Ferry (not included in any other Rail Pass)

• The Miyajima Visitor Tax is already included, so no need to buy a ferry ticket and no need to wait in line (unlike the JR Passes)

How to get the Hiroshima Streetcar & Ferry 1-day Pass?

-Home Delivery: We will send the physical pass to your home address before you travel to Japan. It takes about 5 business days to ship the pass, so please make sure to order it in advance.

Or

-Airport Pick-up: Pick up the pass when you arrive at Tokyo Haneda (HND), Narita (NRT) or Kansai International Airport (KIX) at the JAL ABC Counter.

How to use the Hiroshima Streetcar & Ferry 1-day Pass?

-Scratch off the date on which you will use the pass.

-Tram: Show the pass to the conductor or driver when getting off (make sure the date is clearly visible).

-Ferry: Show the pass when boarding the ferry. (Miyajima entry fee is already included in the pass, you do not need to pay the fee)

Validity

-This pass can be used on all streetcars in Hiroshima City (Hiroshima Electric Railway), including the route to Miyajimaguchi and the Miyajima Matsudai Ferry between Miyajimaguchi and Miyajima.

-This pass is vaild for one day. Its validity is measured by date, not in hours. Please scratch off only one date - the date on which you will be using it.

-This pass cannot be used on JR trains, buses or the JR Miyajima Ferry.

-The pass can be used on any day until 31.12.2028.

Eligibility

-We do not sell the child pass. Please buy the adult pass for 6-11 year old children too, if required.

-Children under 6 years of age can travel for free if accompanied by an adult pass holder.

-One pass required per person.

-If you need the pass for multiple days, please purchase as many passes as required.

-If the pass is improperly used or multiple dates are scratched off, it becomes invalid. Japan experience DOES NOT issue the new pass.

Cancellation

An unused pass (a pass which has not yet been scratched or has been scratched, but has not yet reached the scratched off date) can be exchanged for 800 yen by cash at a Hiroshima Electric Railway ticket office. Cancellations at Japan Experience cannot be accepted.
