Your e-voucher (with QR code) will be sent to you by email within 5 working days after booking. Please check your junk mailbox in case the email ends up there!

Validity
The validity period of your e-voucher is 3 months. Please check your e-voucher for the exact expiry date.
You may redeem your voucher for the pass at any time during the validity period. (You do not need to redeem your pass on the date of participation indicated on the voucher.)
The pass is usable for a period of 4 days, starting from the day of activation to the end of the final day of the usage period.

Cancellation and Modification
Before the expiration date, if the voucher is unused, you can cancel your order with a 15% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be accepted after the pass has been redeemed or after the voucher expiration date.
