How to use the KINTETSU 1-Day Pass
Delivery
After placing your order, you will receive a link to your e-ticket by email within 5 business days. If you need the ticket sooner, please contact us.
As this is an e-ticket product, you can use all available lines by simply showing the QR code on your electronic device.
Validity
The Kintetsu Railway Pass is valid only on the day of use. You can use all Kintetsu Railway trains in this area, but for limited express trains, you must purchase an additional ticket at the ticket counter.
To use a limited express train, you will need a limited express ticket in addition to the KINTETSU RAIL PASS. Kintetsu Limited Express tickets can be purchased at the Limited Express ticket counter at the station. The Shimakaze, Aoniyoshi, and Hinotori special trains can be used with a third special ticket and a reservation.
Eligibility
- To use this pass, you must be a foreign tourist visiting Japan for tourism purposes and have temporary resident status.
- Japanese passport holders and foreign residents of Japan can also use this pass.
Cancellation Policy
- Only unused tickets that are still within their validity period can be canceled.
- Please contact us at least 5 days before the ticket's expiration date to request a cancellation.
- A cancellation fee of 15% will be charged.
Sightseeing Limited Express Aoniyoshi Train
The Aoniyoshi train was designed specifically for travelers who want to explore the sights and attractions of Osaka, Kyoto, and Nara. The Aoniyoshi travels leisurely between the three cities, stopping at several smaller stations along the way. It is the ideal mode of transportation for exploring Kansai and experiencing 1,300 years of the country's history.
Each destination represents Kansai and all of Japan in a unique way. The liveliness and warmth of Osaka with its vibrant districts such as Umeda and Dotonbori, the long history of Kyoto with 17 different UNESCO sites, and the tranquility of Nara with its famous deer park and countless shrines and temples.
With its regal purple exterior and gold and green accents inside and out, the train exudes elegance and class. Snacks from Nara Prefecture and a range of items available only on the train are sold at the ticket counter on board.
There are only double seats (for 2 people) and salon seats (for 4 people). Please book a day pass + Aoniyoshi for 2 or 4 people.
