After purchase, you can cancel your order up to 3 days before departure if the QR code hasn’t been exchanged for physical tickets. A 15% cancellation fee applies, and you’ll be refunded 85%.
Once the QR code is exchanged for tickets, cancellations must be made at JR stations, where you'll receive 85-95% of the refund in cash, depending on the exchange rate.
