More information about the FUJI HAKONE Pass

  • You cannot take any JR lines with the Fuji Hakone Pass. As there are few JR lines in the Hakone and Kawaguchi lake area, we highly recommend using this pass alongside our Japan Rail Pass and Suica card.
  • A child ticket (for ages 6 to 11 years old) is available for the Fuji Hakone Pass.
  • Transit services may be cancelled due to bad weather or other reasons. If you cannot travel due to cancellation, you can get a refund at an Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center the end of your trip. (Note that this is only possible if you could not ride that particular mode of transport at all)
