Kabira Villa - Rooftop

The house is located near Kabira Bay, on Ishigakijima island. You will only rent the second floor of the house. The ground floor is a separate property.

It is an amazing area for snorkeling and diving and the beach is less than 2 minutes away by walk. A modern villa, well equipped for the beach life awaits you here.

Although there is an abundance of nature, restaurants and supermarkets are easily accessible, 10-25 minutes by car.

The rental fees include:

• Airport pickup


• Car rental fees (if you are more than 4 people, you need to rent 2 cars).

The rental fees do NOT include:

• Gas fees for the cars


• The drivers license translation fees

A beautiful beach villa for up to 8 people

The building consists of 2 floors, where only the second floor will be your rented area.

As you enter the modern villa, a large, spacious living room in the center, there is a well equipped kitchen with some cozy bar stools on your right side, and on the left side big comfortable couches and a unique, Japanese elevated area peeks at you from the back corner.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other equipped with 2 semi-double beds. The elevated Japanese area can be made into a bedroom with 4 futons if needed.

There are 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bathtub, and the 2 toilets are perfect for bigger groups.

Climb the spiral staircase to step on the wrap around rooftop terrace.

The building is well equipped for the beach life, as there is a convenient shared outside shower to rinse off any sand and snorkeling gear available.
The garden downstairs, equipped with a badminton court, some terrace chairs, hammock and a barbecue grill, is also accessible if there are no guests staying downstairs.

The house rental includes a car rental, as the island is not easily accessible by public transport.

For the mandatory car rental, an international license, and the translation of it is required.

Please communicate to your house angel about your time of arrival at the airport, so our staff can greet you and assist you during your check in process. This includes the car rental at the airport or with our staff. You need to rent 2 cars if you are with more than 5 people, so please make sure you have at least 2 drivers.

Once you arrive at the villa, the staff will guide you through the house and area, and help you check in and get settled. You can also contact the house angel for any questions during your stay.

The famous Yonehara beach is just a few steps away from the house, perfect for families with children.

A 25 minute car drive will take you to the city, with plenty restaurants, entertainment and shops you need. The perfect mix between the quiet and convenience.
