Drivin' Assistance

The Drivin’ Assistance service is available in English and French.  All travelers planning on renting a car with us can apply for this service.



For a $40 fee, it gives you unlimited access to a helpline, available 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm for the entire duration of your rental. Our specialists will be there to answer all your questions and to give you advice or help on subjects related to your car journey in Japan.

1. When renting your car, check the box “Drivin’ Assistance”.
2. Once your car rental has been confirmed, you will receive an email with your Drivin' Assistance subscriber's number, the helpline number and email address, as well as the terms of use.
3. To use the Drivin’ Assistance service once you are in Japan, just dial our phone number or send us an email, being sure to include your subscriber number, and we will try our best to answer all your questions.
Our Drivin’ Assistance advisors, based in Japan, can also answer your questions by email before your arrival in Japan.
