A link between Haneda Airport and Tokyo on the Yamanote Line

Hamamatsucho Station is a gateway of Tokyo city if you take the Monorail from Haneda International Airport with a Japan Rail Pass.

Hamamatsucho Station is a JR Station on the Yamanote Line and the Keihin Tohoku Line. It is also connected to the subway station Daimon ( Toei Asakusa Line, Toei Oedo Line).

Hamamatsucho is the first station of the monorail to Haneda Airport.

The station gives access to a lovely historical garden, Kyu Shiba Rikyu, and to the Tokyo Tower.

The station area is also a good spot to watch the shinkansen leaving Tokyo to Yokohama and Kyoto.
