How to buy on the page

 When you make your reservation, you must choose your pass (24, 48 or 72 hours) as well as the desired delivery method (at your home or at your hotel in Japan).

Shipping of your ticket

We ship your ticket in an envelope with your name on it directly to your home or to the reception of your hotel, which will receive it before your arrival. 

Use 

Your pass is used like a regular subway ticket, simply validating your ticket before passing through the gates for each line you take. 

To find out which lines are included in the pass, please read the "Learn more" section. Your pass can be used for 24, 48 or 72 hours from the date of purchase.

Cancellation Policy and Fees

To cancel your reservation, send your tickets by mail.

Refunds will be made upon receipt of the vouchers.

The cancellation fee is 15% of the reservation amount.
