Learn from Sushi Masters

Our seasoned instructors will lead you through the process of making perfect sushi rice and will teach you how to master the unique and decorative form of temari-sushi. Additionally, you will learn traditional Japanese dish presentation techniques, turning each creation into a standalone art piece.

You'll then have the opportunity to enjoy your sushi, together with a local Japanese tea.

A Traditional and Welcoming Setting

The workshop takes place in a spacious and elegant Kanazawa-style traditional house, complete with a beautiful garden. This space has been thoughtfully renovated to preserve Kanazawa's rich historical heritage while providing an immersive experience.

The activity will be conducted in English.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the activity.

From 7 days to 5 PM the day before, 50% of the cost is charged.

After 5 PM the day before or on the same day, the full cost is due.
