What is the cancellation policy?

Cancel without charge up to 7 days before the activity. Between 7 days and 5 pm the day before, 50% of the cost is charged. After 5 pm the day before or on the same day, the full cost is due.

Who is the guide for the tour?

Is Akihabara tour suitable for children?

Yes, the tour is ideal for children, especially if they like manga and anime. Some parts of Akihabara are not suitable for children, but your guide will be able to direct you accordingly.

How much do children pay?

The visit is free for children up to 5 years of age. Children aged 6 and over count as an individual.

Are cameras allowed during the tour?

Cameras are not only allowed but also recommended. Capture the enchanting scenes of the neighborhoods, from the small alleys to the historic buildings, temples and pagodas. Please note, however, that some places prohibit photography. The guide will inform participants of these restrictions during the tour.

What is the maximum number of participants for the tour?

The walk is limited to 10 participants. This limited number ensures a more intimate and personalized experience, allowing the guide to focus on the needs and questions of each participant.

What languages is the tour available in?

The tour is available in English, French, Spanish, Italian, and German.However, with the exception of English, we cannot guarantee other languages, as this depends on the availability of guides. If the language you have requested is not available, we will offer you English instead.

What is included in the Akihabara private tour?

What is NOT included in the Akihabara private tour?

The tour does not include:- any game fees- any snacks- the tour includes admission to the Maid Café and a drink, but if you wish to eat or drink more and stay longer than an hour at the Maid Café, please pay the additional cost.
