Akasaka-Mitsuke Exit 10 on the Sotobori-dōri Avenue side

Akasaka-Mitsuke Station is a subway station in Minato ward, Tokyo, serving a lively entertainment, shopping and hotel district. Although directly on two lines, it actually indirectly serves five lines.
Akasaka-Mitsuke Station serves the Akasaka-mitsuke district, in the north-eastern corner of Akasaka in Minato ward, Tokyo.
Akasaka-Mitsuke Station provides access to the lively entertainment district of Akasaka Mitsuke, which has a great many small bars, restaurants, and other places to socialize. Akasaka-Mitsuke Station is one of the few Tokyo railway stations that allows transfer to and from neighboring stations without the commuter having to pass through a ticket gate.
Akasaka-Mitsuke Station Subway Lines
Akasaka-Mitsuke Station is directly on two subway lines, but actually serves five lines in total.
To explain, Akasaka Mitsuke Station is directly on the Ginza Subway Line (Akasaka-Mitsuke Station G-05) and Marunouchi Subway Line (Akasaka-Mitsuke Station M-13).
However, the station is connected to Nagatachō Station, 400 meters to the east, by underground passage, which serves the Yūrakuchō Subway Line (Nagatachō Station Y-16), the Hanzōmon Subway Line (Nagatachō Station Z-04), and the Nanboku Subway Line (Nagatachō Station N-07). It is therefore possible to change trains between Akasaka-Mitsuke and Nagatachō station without passing through a ticket gate - making them virtually the same station.
Akasaka-Mitsuke Station Exits
Akasaka-Mitsuke Station accesses sixteen exits, most of them shared with neighboring Nagatachō station. But the main three exits, for access to the area around the station itself, are Exit A (for Aoyama-dōri Avenue ), Exit 8 (for Tokyu Plaza and the Akasaka Excel Hotel Tokyu), and Exit 10 (for BIC Camera, the east side for Sotobori-dōri, and the west side for the entertainment district). The other exits shared with Nagatachō Station are some distance away.
Tickets
A pre-paid card such as Pasmo or Suica, is the recommended way to travel on the Tokyo subway, but paper tickets can also be purchased at the station.
Barrier-Free
Exits A, B, C, D and 5 of Akasaka-Mitsuke Station have an elevator to ticket gates, and there is another elevator inside down to the platforms. Exit 10 is also barrier-free, but only with the assistance of station staff.
Train Times
Train service starting and ending times vary a little between the lines, but start about 5:30 a.m. and end about half past midnight.

The stations next on the Ginza Line are Aoyama-Itchōme Station to the west and Tameike-sannō Station to the south-east.
The stations next on the Marunouchi Subway Line are Yotsuya Station to the north-west and Kokkai-gijidōmae Station to the south-east.
