One month before your arrival, Vivre le Japon will send you an email which confirms your stay, and asks you to send us the details of your arrival (plane, train, car...).

Our welcome schedules are generally between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m.; arrivals at a different times are possible depending on the availability of our Travel Angels.
