With Keisei lines:

This Keisei train serves all Narita terminals and stops in Tokyo at Ueno (Keisei Ueno station) and a little further north at Nippori station. It serves fewer stops than the N'EX, but is less expensive. From Keisei-Ueno station, it takes 40 minutes to reach Terminal 1, and there are three trains per hour. The last train to Narita leaves Ueno at 8:20 p.m., and the last train to Ueno leaves at 11 p.m. This is a reservation-only train, so you'll need to pick up your ticket before boarding. These buses serve all the central districts of Tokyo, as well as the city's major hotels. So they're a great way to get to the various terminals from the foot of your hotel, and vice versa! So don't hesitate to check whether your hotel offers this type of service. There's also a Limousine Bus that links the two international airports (Haneda and Narita) in 1 h 15, if you need to change airports during your trip. The shuttle bus we offer, departing from Shinjuku, goes directly to the airport in 60 to 90 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. These buses are spacious and allow passengers to put their suitcases in the luggage compartment and travel comfortably.
