Amatsubo あまつぼ

Its cuisine is typical of the region: local vegetables, fish and shellfish of all kinds are arranged beautifully in an assortment of delicious dishes. The meal can be enjoyed in different ways: order several small dishes like in an izakaya, or full menus for a more luxurious supper. All budgets are thus accommodated in a refined atmosphere and delicate setting. The oden (a type of Japanese stew made ​​from vegetables and battered fish) at Amatsubo are particularly famous and go great with their sake menu.
