The Fukumitsuya Brasserie offers excellent sake, made using traditional techniques from the Kanazawa region. Since 1625, the alcoholic vapors from rice mixed with water wrap the establish in a flawless reputation. The superior quality of sake that comes out of its barrels (Junmai sake) is created in the purest respect of the Edo period craftsmanship. A great place to awaken your palate to the nuances of fermented rice... cafeful, don't let it go to your head!
